Job Title: Marketing Executive

Salary: £27,000 – £35,000 depending on experience

Location: Solihull

Hours: Full Time, Hybrid working is offered.

Description:

Due to expansion our client, a well-respected and long-established financial services company based in Solihull is recruiting an Marketing Executive to join their busy team.

You will be required to work closely with the Design department. The ideal candidate will have Five years’ experience of working in a banking marketing role, you must have a degree in Marketing, Business or related subject at 2:1 or above or equivalent Marketing / Professional qualification.

Key Duties:

• Manage the savings product change process across both digital and document channels
• Work closely with the Savings product team to understand pricing and market decisions to make informed decisions about savings product placements
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships with identified aggregator partners
• Monitor and record savings product across the market
• Make recommendations for improvement / changes
• Work closely with the digital team to refine aggregator performance reporting, communication, and aggregator performance to the savings product team
• Maintain CPA targets across aggregators
• Identify additional opportunities with new and existing aggregators
• Identify and streamline process improvements to enable more efficient management of aggregator partners
• Work closely with marketing team on aggregator led marketing initiatives
• Work closely with digital agencies and digital marketing manager to identify and recommend new opportunities to market savings products
• Represent ER in ad-hoc projects, attend working groups, owning, progressing, and delivering against specified activity as required to ensure project delivery
• Continuously seek competitive market knowledge while maintaining a grasp on banking industry-related changes

Key Skills/Experience Required:

• Five years’ experience of working in a banking marketing role
• Savings market experience preferred
• Knowledge of web, email and social media marketing
• Advanced knowledge on Google analytics and SEO
• Financial services experience
• B2B and B2C experience
• Experience of customer acquisition/retention activities
• Understanding of how to run social media marketing campaigns
• Ability to independently plan, execute and evaluate marketing plans and campaigns
• Detail-orientated with a high emphasis on achieving deliverables
• Effective people and project management skills
• Excellent copywriting, proofreading skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas
• Good team player with experience of working in a dynamic team environment
• Proactive and able to work on own initiative
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure

In return for your hard work, as an Marketing Executive you will earn a starting salary of £27,000 – £35,000 depending on experience and excellent benefits.
