Job Title: AVT Case Manager

Salary: £21,000 – £24,000 (Up to £6,000 Per year in bonus)

Location: Bristol, Hybrid working – 2/3 days in the office

Description:

Due to expansion our client, a well-respected business based in Bristol is recruiting a Case Manager to join their busy Assets and Shares team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role as well as managing a high case load.

Key Duties:

• Responsible for managing a case load of approximately 50 to 60 files.
• Building relationships within the Solicitor Channel.
• To carry out full reviews of your files and will conduct the majority of technical work, delegating some tasks to overseas agents and Trainee Case Managers.
• You need an excellent understanding of probate support methodologies and processes in order to manage a large and varied case load.
• You will be responsible for supporting the clients with outsourced estate administration solutions specific to assets held in an estate both domestically and overseas.
• Technical work will be carried out independently in-house or managed via partners to offer a client solution.
• You are responsible for winning new work to maximise opportunities received both into the business organically and those derived from relationship management.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Resilient when dealing with difficult third parties and / or customers
• Self-motivated and proactive at all times
• Commercial awareness
• 1 years’ experience within a similar role and managing a high case load
• Demonstrable experience working within a professional services business or similar
• Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills
• You much be a fast learner and be able to adapt to new computer systems.
• You must have excellent attention to detail
• Desirable: Experience in dealing with overseas assets or shares, ideally obtained in a professional environment

In return you will receive a salary of £21,000 – £24,000 depending on experience.
