Job Title: Education Administration Co-ordinator

Salary: £22,000 – £23,500 per annum

Location: Shirley – B90

Hours: 37 hours – Monday – Friday – Hybrid (Tuesday & Friday at Home)

Description:

Our client, a well-established and professional organisation within the education sector is recruiting for an experienced Administration Co-ordinator to support students from enrolment to completion for higher education qualifications. Maintaining a consistent high standard of Administration whilst working to demanding deadlines and conflicting timetables, you will possess excellent time management and prioritisation skills.

Key duties:

• Carrying out a variety of administration tasks for all qualifications to a high standard

• Co-ordinate the delivery of all learning sessions

• Coordinate all course assessments, ensuring the e-learning platform is up to date.

• Managing a large amount of student and tutor correspondence – accuracy is key.

• Prioritise own tasks and maintain all processes for the team.

• Coordinate a variety of conflicting timetables.

• Invoicing customers and providing support to customers

• Monitor for conflicting priorities to ensure delivery of these responsibilities.

• Resolve any student queries.

• Maintain effective and professional stakeholder relationships.

• Assist in the maintenance of all documentation such as customer correspondence, enrolment forms and course information,

Person Specification:

• Experience of managing data and advanced levels of IT literacy

• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard.

• Process driven with attention to detail.

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office packages

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude

• Deliver customer service to best of their ability.
