Dog Walker.
Kirstie’s Dog Walking & Pet Services are a Solihull based Award Winning Dog Walking family run business, we are currently looking for a self-employed person who is companionate, trustworthy and a reliable individual with good time keeping, an animal lover with their own transport is a must due to locations, please note we do not transport dogs in our vehicles.
Experience of handling dogs would be preferential but ongoing support will be provided. We are looking for someone that has good problem solving skills, can follow precise instructions, someone able to make quick decisions in order to keep themselves and the dogs in your care safe.
We encourage team members to get to know everything about the dog from characteristics, behaviour and use positive re-enforcement training methods.
We are looking for a committed individual to work with us on a long term basis. This role requires a lot of maturity and responsibility. You must be mindful and respectful of customers property.
You must be friendly, energetic able to follow instructions to the letter and above all be a big animal lover. In return you will be working with a great group of people and a great bunch of lovely happy dogs.
Dog walking isn’t an ‘easy job’ it requires a lot of tenacity and skill.
Salary is paid per dog walk, days/hours are Monday to Friday between 10.30am – 2.30pm approximately 10-16 hours per week depending on demand.
