 Within easy reach of both Coventry and Birmingham, Harper Fields is an 80-bed care home offering high quality nursing care and support to elderly residents. We also care for people living with dementia in our specialist Memory Lane community. Our home is designed to help our residents celebrate life and be as comfortable and happy as possible.

 We’re now looking for carers to join our fun and friendly team:

 Care Assistants

Full time and Bank – Day and Night shifts

Up to £8.21 per hour

 This is your chance to bring dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. Every day is different, so you can expect work that’s as varied as it is rewarding.

 You’ll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you’ll have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents.
