We also care for people living with dementia in our specialist Memory Lane community. Our home is designed to help our residents celebrate life and be as comfortable and happy as possible.

ABOUT THE ROLE

24 hours per week – Day shifts

Up to £8.21 per hour

 You’ll carry out a range of responsibilities to help us deliver the quality care and support our residents deserve. In this varied role, we’ll need you to answer the phone, handle our files and support our managers. You’ll also meet and greet visitors, engage with residents and show prospective clients and their families around so they can see what makes us so different.

 Across everything you do as an Admin Assistant here, you’ll go out of your way to help us create a vibrant, happy environment.

 ABOUT YOU

If you have the ability to multi-task, good computer skills and a confident telephone manner you could be well-suited to this role. It’s also really important that you’re a people person – you’ll take a genuine interest in our residents and their families. If that sounds like you, we’ll give you the opportunity to develop your skills with courses that have been designed to build your confidence across all your responsibilities.
