ABOUT THE ROLE

Care Home Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN)

Full time – Day shifts

Up to £17.00 per hour

You’ll use your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions, manage projects and evolve care levels to make sure every residents’ needs are met.

ABOUT YOU

• A registered nurse with current NMC registration and a mentoring or supervision qualification

• Experience of gerontology

• A strong awareness of clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines

• Successful clinical mentorship and performance management.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Registered Nurse (RGN)

Full time and Bank – Night and Mixed shifts

Up to £15.50 per hour

You’ll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve.

ABOUT YOU

• A registered nurse with current NMC registration

• A good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices

• Experience of producing well-developed care plans

• An understanding of regulatory frameworks.
