Job Title: Secretary/Audio Typist
Salary: £23,000 to £27,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Location: Near Solihull
Description:
We are currently looking to recruit a well experienced Secretary/Audio Typist to join our client’s team on a permanent basis. They are a successful and well-established business based near Solihull.
This role may suit someone with previous experience as Secretary, Legal Secretary, Medical Secretary, Senior Administrator, Conveyancing Secretary.
Key Duties:
- General admin support in the business
- Audio typing documents, letters and Surveyor reports
- Confidential audio and copy typing
- Keeping client records updated
- Typing of appropriate official correspondence and related clerical duties
- Ensure relevant details recorded and messages passed to appropriate staff in a timely manner
- Ensuring maintain accuracy and grammar through out
- Booking Surveyor appointments and providing internal support
- General clerical duties including answering calls, filing and scanning
- Supporting the MD with the smooth running of the office
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- Fast and accurate audio typing
- Experienced audio typist
- Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for presentation
- Previous experience of working in a similar environment is essential
- General administration experience
- IT Literate
This role may suit someone with previous experience as Secretary, Legal Secretary, Medical Secretary, Senior Administrator, Conveyancing Secretary.
This is an excellent role for an experienced Secretary/Audio Typist to work within a busy team. In return you will receive between £23,000 to £27,000.
