Savings Proposition Assistant. Solihull/Hybrid working.
Job Title: Savings Proposition Assistant
Salary: £22,000 – £24,000 PA
Location: Solihull, Hybrid Working Available
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (one
hour for lunch).
Description:
Due to expansion our client, a well-respected and long established financial services
company based in Solihull is recruiting a Savings Proposition Assistant to join their
busy Proposition team.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the UK financial services industry – ideally
in a similar, regulated environment.
Key Duties:
Coordinate the introduction of new products, proposition enhancements and
product pricing changes
Working with internal and external experts to support strategic development
projects
Stay engaged with customer and staff feedback from third party research,
direct feedback, complaints and wide-ranging management information to
identify and implement continual improvements to the customer journey,
enhancing the customer experience and improving commercial outcomes
Maintain a log of customer journey improvements implemented, prioritising
future enhancements and assessing the impact of recently implemented
changes
Prioritise projects to manage workload
Consider operational and conduct risk to ensure savings products deliver to
intended outcomes and products meet the needs of the target market
Maintain an understanding of relevant compliance and regulatory issues
Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external
stakeholders on initiatives
Key Skills/Experience Required:
Knowledge of the UK financial services industry
Ability to interpret management information to inform decision making
A drive to make things better
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in a customer service based role
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, ability to empathise and
challenge processes
The ability to remain calm under pressure
A can-do attitude
In return for your hard work, you will earn a starting salary of £22,000 – £24,000 and
excellent benefits.
