Description:
Due to expansion our client, a well-respected and long-established financial services company based in
Shirley, Solihull is recruiting a Sales Support Officer to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a call centre, customer service setting and knowledge of
the Data Protection act.
You will provide support through the delivery of a variety of sales support activities and work streams
that contribute towards achieving objectives. You will assist internal teams, partners and customers
through the provision of clear and informative communications, as well as supporting data requirements
of the teams through managing and analysing data and the provision of timely reporting.
Key Duties:
Update data on Intermediaries via the company’s Database
Validate and record payment of procuration fees to introducing sources
Set up, check and maintain mortgage products
Deal with queries
Assist in the maintenance of data provided internally and to external sources
Assist with general admin
Collate, monitor and report information
Build relationship with Managers to liaise with as and when required to ensure positive
outcomes for intermediaries
Carry out product research as and when required
Key Skills/Experience Required:
Experience in a similar role, including reporting responsibility
Articulate with a strong attention to detail
Excellent administrative, clerical, record keeping
Good presentation skills with the ability to pull together information in a clear and concise
manner
Good interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skills
Microsoft office expert – particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of the Data Protection Act in regards to Mortgages
