Job Title: Repairs Coordinator

Salary: £19,000

Duration: Permanent

Hours: Full Time

Location: Birmingham

Our client, a successful and well-established Estate Agents based in Central Birmingham currently

has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised Repairs Coordinator to join their small and

friendly team. All levels of experience and other industries will be considered, however good

relationship management and own transport are essential. Full training will be given.

Key Duties:



Working alongside the local property manager and portfolio manager departments



Help coordinate and handle all reactive maintenance that is received from Tenants on a daily

basis



Control the job from start to finish liaising with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors



Use effective communication across all channels, these being Landlord, Tenants, Contractors

and internal Team



Carry out effective note taking, capturing all information given



Update Systems to reflect all information gathered



General administration for the team

Key Skills/Experience Required:

• Excellent people skills and an eye for detail

• Target driven

• Must be a team player and a people person

• Self-motivated, organised & self-disciplined

• Strong administrational skills including telephone & computer work

• Able to work within a team environment

•Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred not essential)

• Property Experience: 1 year (Preferred not essential)
