Astrum Commercial Cleaning is an established cleaning company with 25 years’ experience within the commercial cleaning sector. We are currently seeking enthusiastic part time Receptionist/Administrator, with excellent communication skills (verbal, written and IT) to join a small team. Flexibility is essential for this position, as you will be required to provide cover for annual leave and sickness.
Hours of work
Monday- Thursday 12.30pm-5pm
Friday 12.00pm-4pm
Total hours 22 per week
Pay rate £9.50 per hour wage increase in April to £9.90per hour
The Role
You will be responsible for administrative and customer service within the team. You will be the first point of contact. your duties will include answering all calls into the business directing them to the relevant department. Emailing were necessary and assisting the office manager and the team. Administrative duties include processing documents, checking invoices when required, filing, scanning, managing the physical post. checking- ordering stationery supplies and general housekeeping.
Training for all parts of the role will be provided.
Essential skills and experience required:
- · Experience in a similar role
- · Professional when dealing with internal and external clients.
- · Smart and well presented.
- · Able to work independently and be self-motivated.
- · Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- · Organised and good attention to detail
- · Must be PC literate, (knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel)
- · Flexible approach
- · Confident and able to use own initiative.
- Must be a Good team player
