Part – Time Maintenance Co-ordinator
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well respected, and growing independent Estate Agents
in Solihull as a Maintenance Co-Ordinator. You will be responsible for the co-ordination of
maintenance works on the properties that we manage on behalf of our landlords. This will involve
speaking to tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure maintenance works are carried out
promptly and efficiently. This maybe as simple as arranging a dripping tap to be fixed or arranging
for a whole house to be refurbished.
Responsibilities
 Ensuring works are carried promptly and efficiently
Ensuring contractors insurance and registrations are up to date
Seeking new contractors
Ensuring contractors adhere to our Terms & Conditions of engagement
Liaising with property management to ensure properties are in good condition and legally
compliant
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes
Excellent communication skills
Ability to make decisions and act upon them
Pro-active, organised with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under own initiative
This is a part time position with some degree of flexibility around the number of hours and which
exact hours are worked. Ideally 5 hours per day 5 days per week, and alternate Saturday morning
working with time off in lieu will be required. Rewards include excellent salary, ongoing training,
