Job Title: Management Support Officer

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000

Location: Solihull

Hours: 37.5 hours per week – whilst our standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (one hour for lunch) we encourage flexible working, and your preferred options will be considered.

Description:

Due to expansion our client, a well-respected and long-established financial services company based in Solihull is recruiting a Management Support Officer to join their business.

This role is to provide a full administration support service to the management team.

Key Duties:

  • Support the production of reports and management information from various sources of information and statistical data for the collation of management presentations
  • Undertake systems administration and providing user support for management information systems
  • Research new initiatives or changes to existing products and processes and presenting to Senior Managers in an appropriate format
  • Support the Operational function with key admin tasks
  • Support marketing function with tasks such as email campaigns and liaison with motor’s marketing contacts
  • Provide support for staff engagement initiatives such as monthly communications, participating in meetings and minute taking

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a similar support role
  • Excellent communication skills and able to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Proactive and flexible, taking ownership of tasks and always seeking to add value
  • Confident with an excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written communication with the ability to present analysis in an understandable and concise manner
  • Knowledge and be able to competently use business software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Graphs and PowerPoint

In return for your hard work, you will earn a starting salary of £25,000 – £30,000 and excellent benefits.
