Job Title: IRB Analyst

Salary: £23,000 – £25,000

Location: Solihull (hybrid working available)

Description:

Our client, a well-respected and long-established financial services company based in Solihull is recruiting for an experienced analyst to join the business.

As an IRB Analyst, you will be supporting the IRB Director, and wider business management, and will be responsible for supporting IRB programme delivery and providing wider technical support.

Key Duties:

  • Assisting in the maintenance of existing programme plans and development of new portfolio plans as well as delivery of high-quality programme MI packs
  • Engaging with stakeholders to define and escalate IRB progress, issues, and dependencies
  • Assisting in the communication of programme progress to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Assisting in the creation of PRA submission material as part of the IRB accreditation process as well as review and challenge of IRB related artefacts
  • Supporting communication to, and representation at, appropriate internal governance bodies

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • Degree level education (min 2:1) in business, sciences or equivalent
  • Strong desire to want to learn and develop in role with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong PC software skills e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and, at the same time, support wider stakeholders as needed
  • Some experience in a financial service and/or banking environment, as well as experience managing projects and/or generating strong MI would be preferable

In return for your hard work, you will earn a salary of between £23,000 and £25,000 plus excellent benefits.
