Job Title: Future Faces Manager

Salary: £32,000

Location: Birmingham (Regular travel involved with this role)

Description:

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious and pro-active individual to join our well-established Client based in Birmingham as a Future Faces Manager, has arisen.

Reporting to the Head of Membership as part of the business’s commercial team, your role will be to lead the Future Faces – our clients growing network of young professionals and the leaders of tomorrow.

Key Duties:

Overseeing Future Faces membership retention and growth plans and formulating and executing the division’s strategic plan

  • Relationship Management of Future Faces members
  • Actively promote Future Faces to generate new member leads and opportunities
  • To create and manage the Future Faces events calendar including the Annual Dinner and Awards, in conjunction with the events and marketing team
  • To identify new ideas and marketing initiatives to support Future Faces and to act as a support to the marketing team in delivery of any such initiatives
  • Relationship Management of Future Faces patrons and work with the Senior Commercial team to acquire new Future Faces patrons
  • Manage the Future Faces division governance – including working closely with the elected Future Faces President and committee
  • Identify trends and patters within the membership base using the CRM to inform your strategic planning for the division

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written)
  • Have the ability to work unsupervised and pro-actively and have a professional, results-orientated and adaptable approach
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, strategic planning ability and a willingness to own and lead the Future Faces division
  • A minimum 2 years of account management/ sales experience or an otherwise relevant customer focused role
  • A knowledge and understanding of local business needs and/or knowledge and understanding of the needs and wants of young professionals in the region
  • Effective time management skills
  • Strong ability to work unsupervised and proactively
  • A professional, result orientated, mature, and adaptable approach
  • Negotiating skills and the ability to influence decision making
  • Confident working in a high paced environment
  • Proficient skills – Microsoft Office

In return for your hard work, you will earn a salary of between £32,000 plus excellent benefits.
