We are looking for great people to join an established and growing organisation & expand our team of Internal Sales Executives

The Package: A competitive package inclusive of a basic salary of £20,000 + excellent uncapped commission with potential earnings exceeding circa £30,000 subject to achieving realistic targets, a fabulous range of additional benefits, including 23 days holiday, excellent training, and progression opportunities available to the right candidates

Full time: Permanent role, Start date ASAP.

Location: Solihull – B37

You will be working within a current team of Internal Sales Executives who are very passionate about supporting people to gain qualifications and experience whilst studying at their own pace.

  • Telesales experience preferred but not essential as training will be given

What you’ll be doing:

  • Over exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Calling customers who have expressed an interest in what we do (All Leads Provided) no cold calling
  • Manage your own action plans, and able to prioritise your daily work plans
  • Update the in-house CRM system
  • Attend ongoing in-house training to ensure your knowledge is always at the best

 

To be successful in gaining an interview, the following skills are essential

  • Telesales experience preferred but not essential
  • Passionate about working towards sales targets
  • A natural passion for sales and a competitive streak
  • Excellent customer service skills and builds rapport easily over the phone
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Passionate about helping customers change their lives, there is no better feeling!

 

The finer details

  • 37.5-hour contract on a rota basis
  • Shift Rotas: 9am -5.30pm and 11am -7.30pm – 1 Saturday per month.
  • September and January are the busiest periods. Therefore, hours are adjusted to – 12.30-8.30pm) and 2 Saturday’s a month
