HR Services Administrator Walsall
As a HR Administrator you will be responsible for working closely with the HR Services & Onboarding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced and growing organisation. You can expect the role to be completely varied with tasks ranging from Issuing employment contracts, change of employment letters, onboarding of new starters and managing payroll. As well as administration you will be responsible for building relationships with stakeholders across the Business and be the first point of contact for any colleagues who have quires regarding their payroll, pension and rewards.
Role purpose
- Issue employment contracts, initiate and track pre-employment screening via third party.
- Complete and process all change letters including Secondments, FTC’s, change of hours, and Change to terms etc.
- Provide advice guidance and administration of Statutory Leave and pay, i.e. Maternity, Paternity and Shared Parental Leave.
- Ensure Starters, Changes, Leavers, Absence and Temporary payments are processed on time and checked for payroll.
- To understand, interpret and resolve payroll, reward and pension queries.
- Respond to queries received via the HR Inbox within SLA.
- Open tickets and provide clear instruction with Payroll provider (NGA).
- Initiate, track and administer Occupational Health requests and appointments.
- Support annual P11D processing and answer queries.
- Administer Reward changes and provide first point of contact for all reward and pension queries.
- Support the business providing authorised information.
- Updating and ongoing maintenance of colleague data.
- Complete and respond to paperwork received into Colleague Services within SLA.
- To be the first point of contact for all MyView (self-service) queries.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience within HR Administration and is comfortable with working towards tight deadlines to ensure Payroll and Reward queries are submitted on time. You will be responsible for the day to day administration and processing of our colleagues across the RAC so must have strong administration and accuracy skills but also be able to work well within a shared service team. Communication is key for this position to ensure all deadlines are met and all tasks are completed. You will need awareness of FCA regulations and how to treat our Customers fairly. A CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
