As a member of staff at Mad Hatters you receive access to ongoing funded training to build your personal professional development opportunities, through various training courses.

Ownership of your base rooms to allow you to take pride in and make changes you feel would support the children within your care and freedom to provide a range of exciting opportunities for the children.

We do not ask staff to work from home. Time is given at work to complete relevant paperwork and where able training, in exception the annual open day, and statutory first aid training every 3 years. This allows you to enjoy your weekends work free, and your evenings as we are committed to a work/life balance.

We have a Mental Health First Aider on site and wellbeing meetings offered as well as access to a 24hours/7 day a week counselling helpline.
