Front of House Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced, talented and driven individual to join our team.

Our Neighbourhood Pub’s brand in Greene King is all about making our guests feel welcome and providing the highest quality service at all times. Our team are friendly, authentic, passionate and caring and deliver great standards of service allowing our guests to relax and enjoy their time spent with us. We ensure our pub is clean and tidy with the perfect atmosphere no matter what the purpose of the visit is whether it be the footie or a family meal.

Responsibilities:

Assist the GM and AM in the daily operations of the business. Manage and lead the team across a variety of shifts including opening and closing the business.

Shifts include evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Benefits include 50% off food and soft drinks during shift, 33% off all food & drink at all Greene King sites.

Competitive hourly rate available dependant on experience.
