Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-respected and long-established financial services company based in Solihull who is currently recruiting for the next talented and experienced candidate to join their innovative and energetic team.

Ideally looking for an experienced Executive Assistant, you will be providing efficient day-to-day administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer.

Key Duties:

  • Provide day to day diary management for the Chief Financial Officer
  • Ensure meeting documentation is prepared and available prior to meetings and meeting actions for the CFO are completed on time
  • To oversee and administer the Group’s charity donation process
  • Arrange meetings, facilitate logistical arrangements (venue, travel and accommodation) and proactively ensure all documentation is prepared/available in advance of meetings
  • Proactive email inbox management – manage communications, monitor emails, post and calls, taking appropriate action, escalating or delegating accordingly
  • To manage the smooth running of the Executive area
  • Regularly interact with a variety of stakeholders (at different levels) and Executive Assistants across the Group
  • General administration (filing, ordering supplies, maintaining holiday records etc)

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • Experience working in the financial sector and a basic understanding of finance knowledge to navigate around financial documents and procedures would be an advantage
  • Experience working in a standalone role
  • Previous experience working within a similar role at CEO level
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as the ability
  • Ability to multi -task, applying resolution to issues and challenges as and when they arise
  • You will be confident, have excellent time management as well as being proactive and diplomatic, working confidentially alone with excellent attention to detail

In return for your hard work, you will earn a starting salary of between £40,000 plus excellent benefits.
