The Employment Advisor – Connecting Communities will generate their own referrals into the pilot and support their customers into sustained work through breaking down barriers to employment, generating employment opportunities and delivering an in work support service to the customers.

The role will be predominately delivered via outreach at partner premises within Chelmsley Wood, so you must be a self-starter, who can work on their own initiative in an outcome target based environment.

Advance is regulated by the Care Quality Commission and we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the people we support.  You will be required to provide evidence of right to work.  An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this role, the cost of which will be covered by Advance.
