We are looking for talent to join us, our pubs that are located within Solihull and the Warwickshire Countryside are looking for strong Deputy Managers with the want to progress in their career.

What we need from you you:

At least 12 months experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry.

The ability work as part of a team

Passionate about great service, and deliver our service standards everyday.

Great eye for detail

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work well under pressure

An understanding of what professional guest service looks like.

What we offer you:

Salary of between £27’000 – £30’000 depending on experience.
