Job Title: Data Administration Co-ordinator

Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 (pro rata for part time hours)

Location: Birmingham City Centre – Hybrid

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00 – 5.00pm. This role allows for flexibility and part time hours

Description:

A well-respected and long-established company based in Birmingham is currently recruiting for an organised and pro-active individual with data administration experience to manage the day to day running of a high volume of membership data.

With a love of admin and a passion for data, you will be experienced in database management with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Duties:

  • Working within a data heavy role, you will be dealing with membership enquiries
  • Ensuring receipt of completed membership enquiry forms and confirmation of membership applications
  • Raising membership invoices;
  • Managing the Membership audit
  • Keeping membership records up to date – this is a large element of the role, managing renewals and invoicing
  • Updating details on the website;
  • Project work – correcting incorrect information on the database
  • Producing and distributing Membership mailings and managing the mailing lists
  • Attending committee meetings;
  • Ensuring all responses are received and sent in line with the current procedure including adding to the website and sharing on social media;
  • Overseeing related events or events delegated by Events and Marketing Manager;
  • Regularly obtain and analyse feedback from events
  • Preparing membership reports when required
  • Sending out e-newsletter with support from the Marketing and Events Manager;
  • Keeping the Membership area on the website up to date and suggesting improvements for the membership experience.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • Previous experience within a data administration based role
  • Experience within database management – updating and managing a high volume data
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Initiative and proactive to work to deadlines and to make changes
  • A high degree of professionalism and confidence to liaise at all levels
  • Competent on Microsoft Teams or Zoom
  • Microsoft office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Forms
  • Ideally knowledge of GDPR

In return for your hard work, you will earn a salary of £23,000 – £25,000 with 25 days holiday.
