Job Title: Administrator

Salary: £20,000 – £24,000

Location: Garretts Green

Hours: Full Time

Description:

  • Deal with phone and email queries
  • Monitor and action incoming emails
  • Prepare, organise and file paper and digital information
  • Keep in touch with clients to inform them of updates
  • Book appointments for the team
  • General administration duties reporting to the management team

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • Experience in a similar administration or customer service based role
  • Thorough with good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work on your own and with others
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively
  • The ability to multitask

In return for your hard work in the role of Administrator, you will earn a starting salary of £20,000 – £24,000, bonus scheme and pension scheme.
