£18,500 plus bonus to realistically achieve in excess of £22,700)
37.5 hours per week (shift pattern 5-days over 7-days) – including one weekend in 8 plus fabulous

well-located offices. They are seeking exceptional people to join their team in a professional and inspiring
Customer Contact Centre.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced, welcoming and fun environment – dealing with several things at the
same time to the highest standards.
You’ll be a natural communicator who thrives on engaging with customers – helping to resolve issues,
discuss new brands and proactively find opportunities to add value and upsell.
Receiving and making up to 50 calls a day and managing online orders – you will be proud of your
commitment to being a service led individual with a passion for building relationships – as well as being
someone who takes ownership, accountability and is a genuine team player with the ability to problem
solve.
