Looking for a fun, engaging assistant manager who takes pride in their work and customer service and wants to learn the fresh food, busy, gastro pub industry.

Ultimately we are looking for a hard working, enthusiastic assistant manager in a full time position that offers 2 and a half days off a week and a salary of £21,000 to £24,000 + £5,000 in gratuities. Some prior manager experience and transport.

As the founding pub of the ‘Lovely Pubs’ group since 1995 we have established a great name for ourselves in quality of service and food in a beautiful country pub setting halfway between Birmingham and Straftford upon Avon.

We can also be found in the Michelin guide book.With a highly competitive salary and great tips the job also offers a fantastic opportunity for progression with 7 high quality but different styled pubs local to each other to progress within.

2 and a half days off a week that aims to include a weekend day each week the flexibility of your week is great within the industry standard.

You will need your own transport as we do not have any public transport nearby.
