Morgan Parkes Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a key client to source for them a Customer Service Administrator on a permanent full time basis
The role is based in Tanworth in Arden, Solihull so own transport is essential
Key Duties:
• Answering a high volume of telephone calls and dealing with enquiries in a confident manner
• Dealing with incoming/outgoing post
• Managing contracts and paperwork
• Entering data onto the in house computer system
• Sending system generated letters when required
• Dealing with email queries and responding accordingly
• Liaising with clients and customers in a professional manner
• Any associated administration
Key Skills/Experience Required:
• Experience of working in an administration based role
• Good computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to work on your own or as a team
• A confident telephone manner
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Services Administrator to work in a varied role within a busy team.
In return you will receive £11 per hour for 36 hours per week.
