Job title – Billing & Admin Assistant (Part Time)
Town – Olton, Solihull, West Midlands
Hours: 10:00 to 14:00 (flexible)
Salary range – £10.00 – £15.00 per hour (Rate will be commensurate with performance and experience)
Intro:
This is a rewarding, varied and exciting role with a small well-established and trusted
MSP and solutions provider. As a Billing and Admin Assistant you will be working directly
with the Technical Director and Finance Manager to help manage and streamline the monthly
billing process. The role will also involve in assisting with general administrative duties.
Personal Attributes
The role requires someone with excellent documentation and record keeping skills as well as
being analytical and have problem-solving skills. You must be able to work independently and to take own initiative.

Essential Skills

  • Basic Accounts knowledge
  • Proficient with MS Office suite, especially Excel
  • Experience in using XERO accounting

Desirable

  • Knowledge, Understanding and use of CDR files from network providers
  • Billing automation processes
  • HALO PSA
  • WHMCS
  • Billing Booth
