Receptionist/Admin Person. Meriden.
We are currently in the process of recruiting a part time experienced receptionist/admin person for our head office. We are a small friendly commercial cleaning company based in Meriden CV77HQ
Working: Monday – Friday
Hours of work: 9.30am – 2.30pm
Pay Rate: £9.00 per hour
Free Parking on site
The main responsibility will be recruiting cleaners by telephone and placing cleaning vacancies on a number of recruitment platforms.
Other duties will include
answering all calls that come into the office and taking messages
Transferring calls
Greeting visitors
Filing & Copying
General reception Duties
Although the role is part time, the successful candidate will need to work full time hours occasionally when covering for colleague’s holiday`s and sickness.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Reception/administration role
- Accuracy with good attention to detail
- Good computer and keyboard skills
- A good level of English spelling and grammar
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good telephone manner
