Nurse Seekers are a specialist Nurse & Medical Recruitment Company, based in Hatton, near Warwick. We are looking for a further Recruitment Consultant to join us during this exciting time of growth.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be offered excellent in-house training, great career progression and the chance to build a career in a fast paced and rewarding industry.

This is a demanding and diverse role, you must therefore have great people skills and be comfortable working in a phone based role and have the drive to uphold high standards The primary function is sourcing and selecting candidates through the phone and online, you will advertise the roles, review applications and shortlist for the roles, meet candidates and prepare them for interviews. There will also be some business development to the role. This is an all round recruitment role so you will be required to secure new business from potential and existing clients through a consultative approach.

The role is target and deadline driven and we work hard to reward people for their successes through excellent commission structure. We also offer an excellent career path and there is great potential. An interest or knowledge in marketing would be an advantage, as would previous experience in sales, customer service or telephone based role. However, having the right personality is essential.
