Job Title: Telesales Executive

Salary: £21,800 (plus OTE bonuses of £18,400 and salary increase once established)

Location: Birmingham (hybrid working will be considered on completion of successful probation)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Description:

Working for an award-winning national advertising company with a huge sense of pride and a passion for quality, you will be required to drive new customer acquisition and manage, retain and grow customer revenues through a consultative sales approach.

You will be selling space on some of the UK’s biggest platforms including iconic brands and well establish household names. You will be required to conduct a fact find conversation with each client to establish the most appropriate form of advertising (print or digital) and the relevant platform for their business.

Key Duties:

  • Make outbound calls to new and existing customers and conduct business conversations whilst building relationships
  • Drive growth, acquisition and sustained retention to meet sales targets
  • Focus on the customer and their business needs
  • Ensure information on Salesforce is utilised and updated at all times
  • Discuss the best way to reach audiences with customers to ensure they meet their goals and objectives
  • Feedback to customers regarding campaign performance
  • Maintain a knowledge of market conditions and business sectors
  • Use existing data to predict trends and patterns to ensure that the right products are recommended to customers
  • Prepare revenue forecasts
  • Work to KPI’s
  • Work with internal teams to maintain high standards in delivering customers objectives
  • Have clear, ongoing sales and service level objectives for each customer

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • Sales experience is not essential, however, experience in a customer focused role would be a strong advantage
  • Excellent numeracy and communication skills are essential
  • The ability to identify revenue opportunities would be an advantage
  • A passion for marketing and advertising
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Planning, organisation and problem solving skills

In return for your hard work, you will earn a starting salary of £21,800 with increases up to £25,000 once established plus excellent benefits and bonuses of £4,600 per quarter if KPI’s are achieved.
