Job Title: Senior Legal Administrator

Salary: £20,000 – £25,000

Location: Birmingham

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 5.30 (would consider part time)

Description:

Due to an increase in workload and new clients, an exciting role has arisen for a confident, personable and experienced Legal Administrator to work for a well-established Financial Services Business in Birmingham. This is an ideal opportunity for a Legal Administrator to build a long-term career in a busy and very successful organisation.

Key Duties:

  • To assist and support the Partners and fee earning staff in the execution of their duties.
  • To provide organisational and administrative support in respect of client delivery and business management.
  • To help support the firm as part of its growth strategy and to take an active role.
  • Filing/scanning/shredding of documents, papers, and emails; archive/storage organisation; record maintenance and storage; ordering and monitoring of office supplies.
  • Diary management; email and telephone support; typing; document production; travel, meeting and event booking; compliance support.
  • Maintaining financial records; credit control; bookkeeping and any other matters that may arise or that may be directed.
  • Ensuring the efficient and organised workings of the business.
  • Ensuring continued high-quality client service delivery, reporting to and working with the partners to ensure that all aspects of the business are functioning to the highest possible standard.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • The ability to communicate with people at all levels in a friendly and professional manner
  • Intermediate Microsoft knowledge, particularly in Excel and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail

In return for your hard work, you will earn a starting salary between £20,000 and £25,000 and excellent benefits.
