Job Title: Senior Administrator
Salary: £23,000 – £25,000
Location: Birmingham
Duration: Permanent
Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Summary: Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be required to manage the day to day running of the membership, administration, marketing and social media. You will be responsible for one administration apprentice.
Duties:
– Dealing with incoming enquiries
– Completing forms and applications
– Raising invoices
– Keeping records and database up to date
– Assisting with producing reports as required
– Managing mailing lists
– Attending committee meetings when required
– Responding to correspondence
– Adding events to the website, attending events and analyse feedback post event
– Updating the website information
– Drafting marketing templates and social media content
– Assisting with the production of marketing material
– Taking meeting minutes
– General administration
Systems Knowledge Required:
– Word press
– CRM
– Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
– Canva or similar
– Social Media platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
– Mail chimp Mailing system or similar
– Microsoft Teams
– Zoom
Key Skills/Experience Required:
– Minute taking
– Attention to detail, proof reading
– Excellent organisation skills
– Excellent IT skills
– Experience of implementing new systems to improve the administration process
– Training other members of the team on systems to ensure confidence in using the systems in place
– Working with developers to improve or implement new systems
