Job Title: Secretary/Audio Typist (x2)

TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT OR PERMANENT

Paying: £22,000 – £24,000

Location: Meriden – CV7

Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am to 5pm or 9am to 5.30pm

Description:

A well-respected and long-established company is seeking two Secretaries with fabulous audio typing skills to join their busy team asap. Highly proficient in both audio and copying typing, you will be competent on all Microsoft applications to carry out the below duties:

  • Reception cover when required
  • Meeting and greeting Clients
  • Answering the telephone, fielding calls and taking messages
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Diary management
  • Secretarial support to 6-8 fee earners
  • Audio and copying typing various documents – this is a large element of the role
  • Onboarding new client documentation
  • Dealing with a lot of email correspondence
  • Scanning and printing documents
  • Using LEAP

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • Highly proficient in typing – audio and copy with excellent accuracy skills
  • Excellent organisation and co-ordination skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines, with an excellent eye for detail
  • Ability to liaise at all levels.
  • Competent administrative skills
  • Ideally of knowledge in LEAP would be desirable
  • Due to the remote location of the role you will need to be a car driver

In return for your hard work, you will earn a salary of £22,000 – £24,000 with 25 days holiday, pension and private healthcare.
