Job Title: Sales Consultant
Location: Birmingham Business Park
Salary: 21,000 plus excellent commission structure
Hours: Monday to Friday, rota basis
Description:
Our client based on the Birmingham Business Park is currently seeking a Sales Consultant. The successful candidate will join a friendly team and will be responsible for contacting clients to discuss available company products and converting leads into sales.
Key Duties:
- Contact warm leads and discuss various products available
- Work towards daily call targets to client
- Leaving detailed messages, text, emails with regards to client interest to company products and diarise follow up call
- Discussing product information and signing up with payment confirmation
- Processing of orders
- Update system with all relevant and accurate information
- Any adhoc office Administration
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous Customer Service/Telesales experience
- Team player: with the ability to build relationships with external contacts
- Conscientious with attention to detail
- The ability to multitask
- Self motivated
- Excellent telephone manner
This is an excellent role for a competent and experienced Sales Consultant, in return you will receive a salary of between £21,000 plus achievable commission structure.
