Due to expansion, an exciting role has arisen within our team for a lively, personable and organised Recruitment Consultant. Full time is preferred but flexibility on hours can be offered if required.

We are all passionate about our business and it’s important that the successful candidate fits in with our team and culture. We work slightly differently to other agencies, in that we account manage our clients but most roles are worked on as a ‘team’ rather than all the pressure being on the individual consultant – this means that while we do have high expectations, we don’t work to individual targets, so if you love recruitment but hate being micro managed, then this could be the role for you!

The successful candidate will be responsible predominantly for permanent recruitment but may be involved with temp bookings on occasion. Applicants will need to have recruitment experience, however, training will be given.
