Job Title: Project Manager

Salary: £40,000 – £44,000 per annum

Permanent

Location: Shirley, Solihull, B90

Hours: Monday – Friday 37 hours – Hybrid – Tuesday & Friday at home

Our client, a well-established and professional organisation within the education sector is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager. Experienced in CRM Dynamics – migration and integration of large-scale data, you will have a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget whilst possessing the personal attributes to effectively engage with colleagues and stakeholders.

Mitigating any project risks, track project progress and assure delivery within agreed SLA’s you will also be a strong Administrator as this role is admin heavy.

Key Duties:

  • Regular liaison with Finance, IT, marketing, business development sales and events team, external suppliers, subject matter experts and a range of stakeholders
  • Manage the project budget.
  • Managing resources required to deliver the project outcomes.
  • Manage the external suppliers in the delivery of work packages.
  • Manage stakeholders across the department, up to Director level.
  • Tracking and reporting programme status to key stakeholders
  • Develop pragmatic and achievable plans for delivery and project outcomes.
  • Ownership of product development process, from concept through to full production
  • Define service outcomes required from the project.
  • Manage project activities against approved baseline plans and success criteria, resolving issues as they arise.
  • Attending lengthy meetings and co-ordinating and scheduling multiple diaries

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • Experienced Project Manager, adept at managing external suppliers.
  • Proactive team player, with the initiative to act independently but also a team player.
  • Ability to demonstrate technical project management experience.
  • Experienced in delivering large scale and significant projects to a successful completion.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in using various project and programme methodologies.
  • High level of IT literacy; Project, Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Presentation tools
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirable.
  • Ability to deal accurately with day-to-day important and often urgent tasks while not losing sight of the overall job purpose.
  • Expert-level ability in planning, budget management, risk and issue management
