Shifts; 37 hours per week – rotating shifts 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm on Saturdays plus very occasional Sundays.

• Experience in a telephone based customer service role is essential for this position. The successful candidate will be receiving calls from customers, fact finding, making decisions and updating the computer system.

• An immediate start is available but they will also wait for someone who is working their notice.

• You will need your own transport to access this location for the working hours required.
