New Claims Advisor/Customer Service
Coleshill – own transport essential as there isn’t any public transport to the location
£19,990 plus bonus, free parking and excellent benefits
38 hours per week (Monday to Saturday working shifts between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm on a rotational basis. You will also be required to work occasional Sundays and bank holidays)
Key Duties:
- Answer calls to potential customers, process and manage all new claims in line with business requirements
- Communicate effectively with referral partners over the phone to ensure all new claims are captured and converted
- Updating the in house computer system with clear records to track progress
- Use open questioning and active listening skills to ensure all relevant claim information is captured
- Speak to customers and witnesses to gain an understanding of the situation and whether a claim can be made
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- Experience working in a fast paced, telephone based customer focused role
- Previous soft sales experience is beneficial but not essential
- The ability to learn new processes quickly and efficiently
- Competent using Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptable and tenacious
