Current Opportunities at Stonegate Group

Stonegate Group is the biggest Pub Company in the UK. Based in Shirley, Solihull, our Pub Support Teams (Head Office) work to ensure that our pubs are open and trading. Our Pub Support Team includes HR, Finance, Property and IT amongst others.

We have a number of roles available on a full-time basis, working from our bright and welcoming offices.

• Publican Marketing Attraction Specialist: Using your background in marketing to attract and engage with prospective Publicans, you’ll work with a variety of B2C channels to ensure we have a consistent pipeline of Publicans who would like to take on one of our pubs.

• Customer Account Manager: Working in our vibrant Customer Contact Centre , you’ll be part of a team that strives to add value wherever possible. Making between 40-50 outbound calls per day to take regular beer/wine/spirits orders from our publicans, you’ll engage with them to discuss new brands, proactively find opportunities to add value, present deals and upsell. You’ll also manage online orders and help grow our online sales.

• Recruitment Coordinator : Working within our “Leased and Tenanted Recruitment Team”, you will be the first point of contact for anyone wishing to become a publican and run a successful pub business with Stonegate. We’re looking for someone with some basic administration and customer service skills, who is comfortable on the phone helping to bring people into partnerships with Stonegate.

• Business Analyst : Working within the IT Architecture and Design team to work across both business and IT projects and programmes, the you’ll  support the ongoing management of IT requirements through solution design to final delivery. We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst, used to working in a large complex organisation with numerous IT systems.
