Open Study College (online learning provider) are looking for a passionate and motivated Customer Services Co-ordinator to join their Learner Services Support team!

Full time: Mon – Fri (9am – 5pm)

Location: Birmingham Business Park, Marston Green, B37)

Salary: £24,000 (potential to earn commission)


What it’s all about…

  • Speaking with students on the telephone as well as over email
  • Maintaining student database
  • Processing orders and resolving complaints
  • Supporting the sales and management teams with adhoc administrative duties
  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service
  • Ensure timely and effective answers to enquiries
  • Achieve and exceed KPI’s


What we need from you…

  • Experience working in a similar customer service focussed role
  • Confidence in speaking with students over the phone and answering emails
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Pasion to provide the best customer service experience
  • Ability to prioritise, and manage, your workload
