An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Care Manager to join our team. We are looking for a fast paced, self-motivated, customer focused individual who has the ability to multi task and work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You will have an excellent telephone manner, along with good communication and influencing skills and have the ability to work effectively with team members and Carers.

Reporting to and supporting the Care Manager working closely with your Carers you will make sure that every customer gets the quality of care they deserve. Within this role you will be responsible for Maintaining the rota and briefing Carers prior to their care calls, to meet the needs of the client and keeping the Ethos of the Business at the forefront.

You will develop and maintain relationships with both clients and staff members by working together with the Team Leaders in completing required Spot Checks and participate in Shadowing and supervisions with recruitment team, understanding and monitoring staff timekeeping.

You will need excellent communication skills liaising with families and the Medical Sector and Identify and report areas of recruitment needs to Manager and recruitment team. You should be available to cover any outstanding client visits during and outside of office hours if required and participate in “On Call” duties.

You should be confident to understand and maintain CQC requirements and ensure that Bright Dawn Home Care meets the best standards.

Please note: This role requires candidates that hold a full driving licence and have access to their own vehicle and live within a 15-mile radius. You will be working to achieve your potential and progress in the future within role of Care Manager.

This is an office-based role with 10% working out in the field liaising with our Clients and Medical Professional’s.

Capable of accepting responsibility and coping with emergencies which would lead to communicating well to work with a multidisciplinary team

Ability to implement and review care plans and work with complex cases

Computer Literacy

Minimum Level 3 QCF (working towards QCF Level 4) and experienced in providing care with adults

Positive attitude to own health and work attendance record
