Job Title: Internal Recruiter – 12-month contract
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
Location: Solihull
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-respected and long-established financial services company based in Solihull who is currently recruiting for the next talented and experienced candidate to join their innovative and energetic team.
Ideally looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join a busy HR Department, on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. This role is a hybrid of working from home and office-based work, and you will be required to meet and build on your stakeholders’ relationships.
Key Duties:
- To understand all recruitment needs for directors, hiring managers, and stakeholders of all levels
- Able to address and overcome any challenges, and ensure a consistent and effective recruitment process resulting in recruiting the best talent
- Support a range of business areas including Customer facing roles, Finance, IT, Commercial, External Relations, People and Mortgages
- Take full ownership and accountability of the vacancies from start to finish
- Responsible for supporting effective job adverts and advising on appropriate advertising channels, through to supporting with interview and assessment design
- Responsible for direct sourcing, using all recruitment tools to identify, screen and submit suitable candidates for the right roles to relevant Hiring Managers
- Responsible for ensuring all in house systems are updated with the required information and documents such as CV’s, personal information and interview confirmations
- Engage with agency partners to ensure a seamless process and that terms of business are adhered to
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- A demonstrable background, either agency or in-house, in managing the recruitment process for a range of varied positions, full 365-degree recruitment
- The ability to engage and influence at all levels through the relationships you build
- Strong communication and interviewing skills, both face-to-face and virtually
- To be creative and have innovated ideas and solutions
- To be passionate about the candidate and Hiring Manager experience and its impact and importance to a brand
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- A good head for numbers and data, able to measure progress effectively through KPIs
- Able to work confidentiality at all times
- Ability to work on up to 30+ roles at one time
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
In return for your hard work, you will earn a starting salary of between £30,000 to £35,000 plus excellent benefits.
