Job Title: Ground Maintenance Assistant

Location: Hampton-in-Arden, Solihull

Hourly rate: Negotiable, depending on experience/qualifications

We have a full time position available for August 2019. (all year round, not seasonal role)

The ideal candidate will be experienced carrying out hedge cutting, mowing, leaf clearance and general maintenance to gardens/grounds, some experience is essential, full training will be given. A full clean driving license and own transport to and from our work base in Hampton-in-Arden is essential.

The role requires physical fitness, stamina, a tidy appearance and good manners. Our clients consider Blue Grass employees professionals and as such, only those capable of adopting a professional attitude towards their work will fit in here. That said we do like to have fun whilst carrying out our work but operating the machinery we do requires switched on and attentive individuals. Career progression available for the right individual.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Lawn mowing
• Strimming
• Hedge cutting
• Pruning
• Maintenance of shrubs/beds
• Leaf clearance
• Sweeping/clearing
• Generally delivering a first class service to our clients
