Job Title: Excel Data Administrator / Project Co-ordinator

Salary: £27,000 per annum

Duration: Permanent

Birmingham – B11 – Hybrid

Hours: Monday – Friday 08.00 – 16.00

Description:

A whizz on Excel and the ability to work within a very fast paced role?

Excellent data manipulation skills, accuracy and the ability to filter and format spreadsheets?

Keen to learn and develop within an ever growing organisation?

Key Duties:

  • Working within a small team, creating spreadsheets from start to finish
  • Inputting a high volume of property and works information – accuracy is key
  • Filtering forms and manipulating masses of data to give instant results as requested
  • Reorganising data
  • Using Teams

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • Very competent on Excel to create, maintain, filter and manipulate a high volume of data
  • Construction industry background is desirable
  • Ability to work within a very fast paced environment and position
  • Confident with the ability to use own initiative and to push back if required
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Deadline driven
  • Excellent communication skills
