We are seeking experienced Door Supervisors to join our team at supreme, executive bars near the NEC Area.

Applicants must have over 12 months experience working on the doors at nightclubs, pubs, bars or casinos.

We are looking for someone who is smart, approachable and will have the ability to communicate with people at all levels.

Duties and requirements:

• Meet and Greet customers
• Protect the venue, customers and client from anti-social behaviour
• Determine the suitability of customers entering the premises
• Ejecting individuals from the venue
• Confidently work independently or within a team
• Facilitate a smooth running of the venue by being assertive
• Must be able to respond to incidents as they occur
• Must provide excellent customer service.

 Crucial:

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
• Fluent English language
• Customer service focused
• Conflict management skills
• Visual deterrent
• Smart and presentable
• Experience working on the doors

 Regular Friday and Saturday nights.
