Job Title: Customer Sales Advisor

Location: Birmingham Business Park

Salary: £21,000 – £24,000 plus OTE up to £40k

Hours: Monday to Friday, rota basis with one Saturday in a month

Description:

Our client based on the Birmingham Business Park is currently seeking a Sales Advisor.

The successful candidate will join a friendly team and will be responsible for contacting clients to discuss available company products and converting leads into sales.

Key Duties:

  • Contact warm leads and discuss various products available
  • Work towards daily call targets to client
  • Leaving detailed messages, text, emails with regards to client interest to company products and diarise follow up call
  • Discussing product information and signing up with payment confirmation
  • Processing of orders
  • Update system with all relevant and accurate information
  • Any adhoc office Administration

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous Customer Service/Telesales experience
  • Team player: with the ability to build relationships with external contacts
  • Conscientious with attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask
  • Self motivated
  • Excellent telephone manner

This is an excellent role for a competent and experienced Inbound Sales Advisor, in return you will receive a salary of £21,000 – £24,000 plus OTE up to £40k.

This role would suit someone with experience in customer services, sales, telesales, business development, upselling, call centre etc.
