Role – Customer Sales Support
Salary – £22,000 per annum
Location – Shirley
Duration – Permanent
Hours – Monday – Thursday 2pm-10pm & Sunday 10 – 6pm
Working within a team of 5, we are recruiting for an experienced sales and customer service professional to join our client within their modern offices in Shirley.
With excellent communication and persuasion skills you will be able to multitask across various platforms – Excel, databases, email and live chat support. As a natural communicator, you will be able to sell, assist customers and be comfortable on the telephone.
Key duties:
Liaising with existing customers regarding block bookings, providing an excellent customer service experience to encourage repeat business
Dealing with customer calls and advising of the best options to suit their requirements
Diary management – monitoring incoming bookings and keeping up to date with the daily availability of slots
Generating invoices and keeping a tally of monies owed
Data entry – updating various systems – accuracy is key
Email correspondence and live chat support
Inputting onto Xero and reconciliation of customer accounts
Liaising with various team members, venues, and site managers to ensure no issues arise and problem solving if they do
Key skills and experience
Previous sales and customer service experience
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Organised and able to prioritise
Pc literate, competent on Excel, good sheets, Word and Powerpoint
