Job Title: Customer Liaison Officer (22.5 hours per week)

Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 pro rata

Location: Solihull (hybrid working available)

Description:

Due to expansion, our client, a well-respected and long-established financial services company based in Solihull is recruiting an experienced Customer Liaison Officer to join their business.

Key Duties:

• Specialising in Buy to Let mortgages and liaising with different types of stakeholders
• Proactively learning to improve your knowledge of complex buy-to-let propositions and the solutions we offer, to work your way up our team structure to become an ‘Advanced or Expert’ customer liaison officer
• Working in a fast paced, diverse, telephone-based team
• Maintaining high service standards and supporting customers effectively
• Communicating clearly and confidently
• Prioritising and managing your workload on a daily basis

Key Skills/Experience Required:

• A team player that can build good relationships with external and internal stakeholders
• Confident call handler showing emotional intelligence with the ability to deal with complaints and potential vulnerable customers
• The ability to take ownership of cases and provide a high service level
• A positive, can-do attitude, demonstrating a willingness to support colleagues and customers alike
• By upholding company values, you will be helping to create a positive and productive working environment
• Mortgage knowledge not necessary but instead a positive attitude to learn

In return for your hard work, you will earn a salary of between £22,000 and £24,000 plus excellent benefits pro rata.
